The innovation sector has rapidly changing needs which the construction industry is being called upon to respond to. With the requirement for high quality Grade A offices providing high specification and adaptable high technology space.

BSA worked with the project team to provide solutions to these exacting needs.  The project included Grade A Offices and Hi-Tech/R&D facilities ready for mixed office, laboratory, clean room and a workshop. A further building comprised a landmark three-storey office building, combining contemporary design with a high standard of internal fitting.
